Duration: 1 day (8 hours) or 2 days (8 hours) per level

Objectives:

This course is designed to equip students with little or no computer experience, who require the skills necessary to set up and use relational database. The course breaks down often confusing database concepts to a simpler and easy to understand steps. Upon completion, participants will be able to plan and define a database structure, update and sequence a database, perform queries, produce reports and write simple programs using a database language.

Prerequisite:

Participants should be familiar with database concepts and Windows operations. Windows 95/98 Level 1 is recommended.

Course Outline:

Comprehensive outlines covering the objectives of the course will be provided to all students in a structured and easy to follow layout. This will enable students to add their own notes as they progress and be used for future reference.
