project required automation of billing and financial systems
as part of overall business process reengineering.
Objectives:
Develop
billing systems for a multi-million dollar federal government
contract.

Solution:
Provide
technical guidance in the development of billing systems
architecture and integration.
Summary:
Conducted
studies and provided technical inputs for system development,
implementation and life cycle support including recommendations
for resolution of technical problems. Developed requirement
documentation and conducts performance and implementation
assessment of system requirements through on-line testing
and analysis of the system design.
