Support
PC
Support/Desktop candidate will perform all aspects of computing
including PCs, laptops, software installation, printers and other peripherals. User support
and customer relations/problem solving. Resolves users hardware
and
software issues in a timely, technical proficient, and professional
manner. Rotate on IT Support Center.
Qualifications
The individual must possess certification
(A+ or Network+ or MCSE) or 2 years experience in PC and network (LAN) environment.
At least one year PC hardware and software troubleshooting, versed
in Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP and Office 97/2000/XP. Any degree or technical
certification would be a plus. Must have excellent interpersonal
and customer service skills.
