Internet Programmer

The Internet Programmer will provide Computer Systems analysis services. Example typically include services in various combinations of the following: feasibility study, requirement definition, data modeling, process modeling, prototyping, conceptual design, detail design, commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS) integration design, specifications construction, testing (all levels) implementation, COTS integration implementation, program documentation, system support and initial implementation training, data base design, planning, systems conversion and or migration, design for graphical user interface (GUI) of legacy and new Web enabled application, PC, and mainframe environments, presentation design, user and interface. Project leadership skills and working knowledge of distributed computing module methodology and understanding of database procedures as they relate to application design.

Qualifications

Individual must possess 5 years of experience in the software development of various applications, or a certification or formal in a specific development language. A bachelors degree in CS or equivalent discipline, with three years of experience may be substituted for the above
