Assistant
The
Responsibilities include working closely with Directors and Vice
Presidents. Compose and proof final presentations using
Microsoft PowerPoint for monthly updates to high level
officials. Manage department in the absence of supervisor.
Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and presentations using
Microsoft 97/2000/XP. Greet and communicate with visitors and
staff members. Maintain calendar and meeting itinerary.
Coordinate on and off-site meetings; travel requirements and
meeting arrangements. Sort and deliver mail, screened
telephone calls.
Qualification
The successful candidate will have 4+ years
of relevant
experience, a high school GED, and or 2 years of college or equivalent, excellent
problem solving and analytical skills, and outstanding written
and typing skills.
